In onze teams op locatie werken we midden in de omgeving van onze partners om hen te ondersteunen bij hun operationele activiteiten.

Jouw missie: een samenwerking creëren die efficiënt, gestructureerd en mensgericht is, zodat zowel onze klanten als onze medewerkers er optimaal van profiteren.

Jouw belangrijkste succesindicatoren:

  • Kwaliteit en stiptheid in de uitvoering van de opdrachten.
  • Groei en zelfstandigheid van je teamleden.

Dankzij jouw begeleiding ontwikkelen medewerkers hun vaardigheden, groeien ze in zelfvertrouwen en vinden ze meer motivatie in hun werk.

Actie en betekenis, elke dag!

Elke ochtend start je de dag met je team, op de locatie van de klant of bij TWI, klaar om samen nieuwe uitdagingen aan te gaan.

Je organiseert het werk op basis van de talenten van elk teamlid, bewaakt de kwaliteit en efficiëntie van de opdrachten en houdt altijd de tevredenheid van de klant in het oog.

Jouw kracht? Motiveren, begeleiden en laten groeien van je medewerkers, terwijl je een vertrouwensvolle en respectvolle werksfeer creëert.

Als coach op de werkvloer steek je zelf ook aardig wat de handen uit de mouwen en geef je het goede voorbeeld.

Je bent het koppelpunt tussen je team, de klant en de Business Unit Manager, en zorgt dat alles vlot en soepel verloopt.

Ben jij een werkbegeleider met impact?

Heb jij het hart op de juiste plaats en de drive om anderen te begeleiden, motiveren en laten groeien?

Heb je al ervaring als coach of teamverantwoordelijke, in een professionele context, jeugdbeweging of vrijwilligerswerk?

Jouw aanpak is mensgericht, gestructureerd en betrokken: je creëert een positieve dynamiek, stimuleert groei en zet de sterke punten van iedereen in de kijker.

Ervaring met werknemers die moeilijk toegang hebben tot de reguliere arbeidsmarkt is een pluspunt: je toont geduld, respect en luistervaardigheid.

Bij TWI draait het minder om diploma’s en meer om houding en engagement.

We zoeken iemand die proactief, klantgericht en oplossingsgericht is, klaar om zich op de werkvloer volledig in te zetten en het team te ondersteunen bij dagelijkse uitdagingen.

  • Je helpt je collega’s waar nodig en werkt graag samen
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B (BE is een pluspunt)
