Jobomschrijving

Als Collections Officer heb je de volgende verantwoordelijkheiden:

  • Beheer van openstaande vorderingen: Verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van onbetaalde facturen en het waarborgen van een tijdige inning van uitstaande bedragen.
  • Professionele klantcommunicatie: Onderhoudt contact met debiteuren op een correcte en respectvolle manier, met als doel betalingsafspraken te maken en na te leven.
  • Analyse van betalingsgedrag: Monitort en evalueert het betaalgedrag van klanten om risico's tijdig te signaleren en gepaste acties te ondernemen.
  • Opvolging van betalingsregelingen: Stelt realistische afbetalingsplannen op en ziet toe op de naleving ervan volgens afgesproken termijnen.
  • ? Bijdrage aan financieel risicobeheer: Ondersteunt de organisatie door het beperken van kredietrisico's en het optimaliseren van de cashflow.

Als Collections Officer heb je het volgende profiel :

  • Je beschikt over een diploma in een relevant vakgebied, zoals financiën, economie of administratie ;
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in de financiële sector ;
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk ;
  • Je hebt een analytische geest en bent nauwkeurig in je werk ;
  • Je kan goed overweg met financiële software en Microsoft Office-toepassingen ;
  • Je bent proactief en oplossingsgericht ingesteld ;
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
