Jobomschrijving

Als Commercieel Binnendienst Medewerker ben je de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, accountmanagers en interne afdelingen. Je beheert jouw klantenportefeuille van A tot Z en zorgt ervoor dat elke aanvraag, bestelling of vraag professioneel en efficiënt wordt afgehandeld. Dankzij jouw klantgerichte aanpak en organisatorisch talent draag je actief bij aan een optimale klantenervaring.

  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten binnen jouw klantenportefeuille
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van bestellingen van aanvraag tot levering
  • Beantwoorden van vragen rond producten, leveringen en klantdossiers
  • Ondersteunen van accountmanagers bij commerciële en administratieve taken
  • Coördineren met interne afdelingen zoals logistiek, productie, calculatie en R&D
  • Registreren en opvolgen van klachten en zoeken naar passende oplossingen
  • Bewaken van afspraken rond levering, kwaliteit en service
  • Signaleren van commerciële opportuniteiten binnen bestaande klantrelaties
  • Werken met ERP-systemen en bijdragen aan correcte gegevensverwerking
  • Opvolgen van klantendossiers en waarborgen van een uitstekende service
  • Actief bijdragen aan het realiseren van commerciële doelstellingen
  • Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring binnen een commerciële binnendienst of customer service functie is een troef
  • Sterke administratieve en organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Klantgericht en communicatief sterk
  • Vlot kunnen schakelen tussen verschillende dossiers en prioriteiten
  • Goede kennis van MS Office, met een sterke focus op Excel
  • Affiniteit met ERP-systemen en digitale toepassingen
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands, Duits en Engels
  • Kennis van Frans is een pluspunt
  • Proactieve, enthousiaste en flexibele ingesteldheid
  • Teamplayer met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • In staat om overzicht te bewaren, ook tijdens drukke periodes
