In deze functie krijg je een duidelijke rol binnen een ervaren team en combineer je administratie, klantenopvolging en interne coördinatie.

  • Voltijds, 4/5 niet mogelijk
  • Werkuren van 8u30 tot 17u30 en de vrijdag tot 16u30
  • Loonvork €2600 - €3500 bruto FTE

Wat ga je doen? Tijdens de opstart binnen aankoop:

  • Bestellingen administratief verwerken
  • Leveringen opvolgen
  • Offertes voorbereiden en controleren
  • Contact houden met planning en leveranciers
  • Administratieve ondersteuning bieden aan collega’s
  • Daarna binnen Internal Sales: Debiteurenbeheer opvolgen Facturen en voorschotten verwerken Klantendossiers administratief beheren Vragen van klanten beantwoorden via mail en telefoon Leveringen en installaties mee voorbereiden Correcte opvolging van bestellingen in ERP
