The posting

En tant que collaborateur commercial, vous êtes le premier point de contact des prospects et des clients. Vous prenez le temps de comprendre leur situation, identifiez leurs besoins et les accompagnez tout au long du processus commercial.

Vous travaillez pour des marques reconnues dans des secteurs tels que les télécommunications, les assurances, l'énergie et les panneaux solaires. Chaque journée est donc différente et riche en nouveaux défis.

Concrètement, vos missions consistent à :

  • contacter les prospects et les clients par téléphone ;
  • qualifier les leads et poser les bonnes questions ;
  • expliquer clairement les produits et services aux clients ;
  • réaliser des démonstrations en ligne ;
  • préparer, envoyer et assurer le suivi des offres commerciales ;
  • présenter et discuter des offres lors de visioconférences ;
  • convaincre les clients de manière professionnelle et contribuer à la conclusion des ventes ;
  • planifier des rendez-vous pour les account managers et vos collègues ;
  • assurer un suivi rigoureux des informations dans le système CRM ;
  • atteindre les objectifs commerciaux fixés.

Au fil du temps, vous gagnerez progressivement en autonomie et en responsabilités. Grâce à des formations commerciales ciblées et à un coaching personnalisé, vous développerez les compétences d'un véritable professionnel de la vente et découvrirez l'approche commerciale qui vous correspond le mieux

  • Vous possédez d’excellentes compétences en communication et aimez le contact avec les clients.
  • Vous savez convaincre les clients de manière professionnelle et avec assurance.
  • Vous avez un véritable esprit commercial et êtes orienté(e) vers les résultats.
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le Français.
  • Vous avez une connaissance de base de Microsoft Office et êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques.
