Jouw taken

  • Beheer en optimalisatie van CRM-systemen, datakwaliteit en rapportering.
  • Ontwikkelen en bewaken van commerciële processen, richtlijnen en werkwijzen.
  • Beheren van contracten, commerciële afspraken en templates.
  • Implementeren en verbeteren van sales tools en ondersteunende systemen.
  • Coördineren van forecasting, budgettering en commerciële reviews.
  • Opzetten van KPI-dashboards en vertalen van data naar bruikbare inzichten.
  • Samenbrengen van Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations en Pricing.
  • Automatiseren en vereenvoudigen van processen om commerciële efficiëntie te verhogen.
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een commerciële, sales operations- of business supportfunctie.
  • Sterke ervaring met CRM-systemen, data-analyse en reporting.
  • Analytisch sterk en vlot in stakeholdermanagement.
  • Proactief, hands-on en resultaatgericht.
