Als commercieel administratief bediende te Gits ben je een echte allrounder die zowel administratief als commercieel meedraait.

Je bent betrokken bij het volledige proces: van offerte tot levering en klantcontact.

Om je goed op te leiden, start je met een praktische inwerkperiode (magazijn & winkel) zodat je de producten en werking volledig begrijpt.

Jouw taken:

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes en bestellingen
  • Inplannen van leveringen en installaties
  • Contact met leveranciers, transporteurs, aannemers en klanten
  • Onderhandelen over aankopen en prijzen
  • Verwerken van administratieve documenten (zoals zendnota’s)
  • Klanten begeleiden in de showroom en ondersteunen bij verkoop
  • Mee opvolgen van acties en promoties

Een gevarieerde functie waar je nooit de hele dag achter je bureau zit.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de functie van commercieel administratief bediende te Gits beschik jij over:

  • Eerste ervaring in een commerciële of administratieve functie is een plus
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig
  • Je hebt een commerciële mindset en durft initiatief nemen
  • Je bent een echte doener met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Vlotte kennis Nederlands, basis Frans en Engels is mooi meegenomen
