Binnen een groeiend bedrijf regio Aalter actief in technische installaties en serviceopdrachten krijg je een gevarieerde rol als Commercieel Administratief Bediende waarin planning, administratie en klantgericht werken samenkomen. Je werkt in een hecht team, stuurt techniekers aan en zorgt dat elke klant vlot geholpen wordt. Hiervoor mag je rekenen op een aantrekkelijk loonpakket tot €3400, aangevuld met extralegale voordelen. De functie inhoud Als Commercieel Administratief Bediende in Aalter sta je in voor volgende taken:

  • Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klanten: telefonisch of via mail help je hen verder
  • Daarnaast sta je in voor het mailboxbeheer en het filteren van aanvragen (service, verkoop, herstellingen)
  • Inplannen van dringende herstellingen en serviceopdrachten, maar ook klanten informeren over planning, timing en opvolging
  • Opmaak van werkbonnen en doorgeven aan techniekers
  • Jij staat in voor de verwerking van afgewerkte werkbonnen: facturatie of herplanning
  • Opmaken van herstellingsoffertes en bestellen van onderdelen
