De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Commercieel administratief medewerker:

  • Belgische klanten van A tot Z ondersteunen en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve en commerciële opvolging.
  • Offertes en bestelbonnen opmaken en bestellingen nauwkeurig verwerken.
  • Communicatie met klanten verzorgen rond bestellingen, verzendingen, plaatsingen en andere praktische vragen.
  • De planning opstellen en opvolgen voor plaatsingen, herstellingen en onderhoud bij klanten.
  • Transporten administratief voorbereiden en de nodige vervoersdocumenten opmaken.
  • Paklijsten verzorgen en instaan voor een correcte facturatie van binnenlandse bestellingen.
  • Binnenkomende goederen controleren en deze vergelijken met de bijhorende aankoopfacturen.
  • Klant- en ordergegevens correct verwerken en opvolgen in het ERP- en CRM-systeem.
  • Het overzicht bewaren over verschillende lopende dossiers en proactief schakelen wanneer nodig.
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's om klanten een vlotte en professionele service te bieden.

Wie jij bent als Commercieel administratief medewerker:

  • Professionele bachelor op zak of een gelijkwaardig denkniveau.
  • Een eerste werkervaring is geen vereiste.
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel gesproken als geschreven.
  • Administratief sterk en nauwkeurig met het vermogen om verschillende dossiers tegelijk te beheren.
  • Ervaring met ERP- en CRM-systemen is een troef.
  • Klantgerichte en communicatieve ingesteldheid.
  • Sterk in plannen en organiseren en graag verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en tegelijkertijd belang hechten aan een goede samenwerking met collega's.
  • Proactief ingesteld en niet bang om zelf initiatief te nemen.
  • Woonachtig in de ruime regio van Ninove en vlot bereikbaar naar de werkplek.
