Voor onze klant in regio Waregem, actief in de vastgoedsector, zijn we op zoek naar een commercieel adviseur.

Als commercieel adviseur ben je dé spilfiguur voor het bedrijf, dat actief is in volledig Vlaanderen.

Je staat in voor:

  • Contacteren van leads die binnenkomen via mond-aan-mond reclame, telefoon, mail en marketingcampagnes.
  • Je geeft deze leads info over het concept, de kostprijs en het volledige verhaal van het bedrijf
  • Je overtuigt deze mensen voor een afspraak zodoende sales kan langsgaan voor een intake. Dit doe je voor de leads die binnenkomen over volledig Vlaanderen
  • Daarnaast sta je in voor het beantwoorden van vragen over producten, bestellingen, facturen of diensten
  • Indien er klachten binnenkomen bekijk je welke oplossingen je kan bieden
  • Je hebt heel nauw contact met verschillende diensten van het bedrijf
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma
  • Een aantal jaar ervaring in een commerciële functie (binnen- of buitendienst).
  • Een gezonde dosis doorzettingsvermogen
  • Je bent digitaal sterk in het aanleren van nieuwe programma's. Voor de planning wordt er gewerkt met Monday
  • Je krijgt veel energie van telefonische sales
  • Je neemt graag heel veel verantwoordelijkheid op
  • Kennis van de vastgoedsector is een pluspunt
