The posting

Voor een groeiend bouwbedrijf gespecialiseerd in dak- en gevelwerken zijn wij op zoek naar een Commercieel Adviseur Bouw & Dakwerken.

In deze functie combineer je technische kennis met commerciële vaardigheden. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het adviseren van klanten, het opstellen en opvolgen van offertes en het uitbouwen van duurzame klantenrelaties. Je begeleidt dossiers van het eerste contact tot de definitieve opdracht.

Jouw taken

  • Opstellen van offertes en calculaties voor bouw- en dakprojecten.
  • Bezoeken van klanten en uitvoeren van werfopnames en opmetingen.
  • Analyseren van technische dossiers, plannen en projectinformatie.
  • Vertalen van technische behoeften naar correcte en competitieve offertes.
  • Actief opvolgen van offertes en klantencontacten.
  • Adviseren van klanten en verstrekken van technisch onderbouwde oplossingen.
  • Onderhandelen over commerciële voorstellen.
  • Samenwerken met projectleiding voor een correcte opstart en uitvoering van projecten.
  • Deelnemen aan werfvergaderingen indien nodig.
  • Opstellen en toelichten van meetstaten en projectvoorstellen.
  • Uitbouwen en onderhouden van een professioneel netwerk van klanten en partners.
  • Bijdragen aan de verdere commerciële groei van de onderneming.
  • Je beschikt over ervaring binnen dakwerken, bouwprojecten of een vergelijkbare technische sector.
  • Ervaring in een commerciële functie binnen de bouwsector is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en resultaatgericht.
  • Je bouwt gemakkelijk vertrouwen op bij klanten en partners.
  • Je hebt een goede technische affiniteit en kan plannen en technische dossiers interpreteren.
  • Je werkt vlot met CRM-systemen en digitale toepassingen.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, georganiseerd en verantwoordelijk.
  • Je bent bereid klanten op locatie te bezoeken.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en onderhandelingscapaciteiten.
  • Je werkt graag samen binnen een teamomgeving.
