Je krijgt een afwisselende functie met veel klantcontact, verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om zichtbaar bij te dragen aan de groei van Hypotheek Visie Rotterdam. Je werkt in een klein en betrokken team met korte lijnen. Tegelijkertijd maak je onderdeel uit van Hypotheek Visie, een landelijke franchiseorganisatie met meer dan 60 vestigingen en jarenlange ervaring in onafhankelijk hypotheekadvies.

Hypotheek Visie Rotterdam Vasteland is gevestigd aan de Vasteland, vlak bij de Erasmusbrug en aan de rand van het centrum. Een levendige plek in een stad die continu in beweging is. De vestiging is al sinds 2007 actief in deze straat en werkt vanuit een goed bereikbare locatie in het hart van Rotterdam.

Je werkt nauw samen met franchisenemer en financieel adviseur Edwin Tuijt. Samen helpen jullie klanten bij belangrijke financiële keuzes rondom wonen, kopen, verhuizen, oversluiten, verduurzamen of het benutten van overwaarde.

De vestiging heeft een gedreven team en een duidelijke ambitie om verder te groeien. Klanten waarderen de persoonlijke aandacht, betrokkenheid en vakkennis. Dat vraagt om iemand die niet alleen administratief sterk is, maar ook commercieel meedenkt, vooruitkijkt en energie krijgt van klantcontact.

Rotterdam maakt deze functie extra afwisselend. Je werkt met klanten uit de stad en de omliggende regio. Van starters die hun eerste woning willen kopen tot doorstromers, ondernemers, gezinnen en klanten met complexe financiële vragen. Geen dossier is hetzelfde. Wat ga je doen? Je start de dag met het doornemen van de lopende dossiers en je prioriteiten. Welke hypotheekaanvragen hebben vandaag aandacht nodig? Welke klanten wachten op een update? Waar moet nog een document worden opgevraagd of gecontroleerd?

Gedurende de dag heb je veel contact met klanten, telefonisch, per mail en op kantoor. Je plant afspraken in, beantwoordt vragen en houdt klanten actief op de hoogte van de voortgang. Voor klanten is een hypotheektraject vaak spannend en complex. Jij zorgt voor duidelijkheid, rust en vertrouwen.

Daarnaast ondersteun je de adviseur bij het compleet maken en controleren van hypotheekdossiers. Je schakelt met banken, notarissen, makelaars en taxateurs om het proces soepel te laten verlopen. Je houdt overzicht, bewaakt deadlines en zorgt dat aanvragen niet stil komen te liggen.
