Commerciële bediende - Regio Dilsen-Stokkem

Ben jij een commerciële bediende met een passie voor techniek en klantgerichtheid? Wil je werken voor een groeiend familiebedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in overkappingen, luifels en rolluiken? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou! Dit betreft een voltijdse functie in de regio Dilsen-Stokkem.

  • Heb je minimaal 2-3 jaar ervaring in een commerciële rol?
  • Heb je een technische affiniteit en kun je deze informatie helder vertalen naar klanten?
  • Ben je commercieel ingesteld en gericht op klanttevredenheid?

In deze rol ga je aan de slag met:

  • Actieve klantenwerving en opvolging van leads (B2C én B2B)
  • Metingen uitvoeren bij klanten en opstellen van nauwkeurige offertes
  • Plaatsbezoeken voor advies en behoefteanalyse
  • Technische vertaling van wensen naar concrete oplossingen
  • Onderhandelen en afsluiten van orders met aandacht voor marge en klanttevredenheid
  • Afstemming met werkvoorbereiding en montageteams voor correcte uitvoering
  • After-sales: nazorg, garantieopvolging en klachtenbeheer

Wat verwachten wij van jou? We zoeken een kandidaat die niet alleen voldoet aan de vereisten, maar ook passie heeft voor het vak en graag klanten helpt. Je bent zelfstandig en georganiseerd, met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.

  • Minimaal 2-3 jaar commerciële ervaring
  • Technische affiniteit en het vermogen om technische informatie helder te vertalen naar klanten
  • Ervaring in ramen en deuren
  • Commercieel ingesteld, klantgericht en resultaatgericht
  • Zelfstandig, georganiseerd en communicatief sterk
  • Ervaring met opmetingen of technische tekeningen is een plus
  • Kennis van MS Office; ervaring met CRM-systemen is een voordeel
  • Rijbewijs B en bereidheid om veel in de regio te rijden
