Voor een bedrijf gelegen in Wijnegem zijn wij op zoek naar een Commercieel Medewerker aankoop en voorraad aanvulling.

Als Commercieel medewerker aankoop en voorraad aanvulling ben jij een onmisbare schakel binnen de aankoopafdeling. Je neemt de administratieve leiding en zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen vlot verloopt. Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Het uitvoeren en beheren van diverse administratieve taken en opvolgingen ter ondersteuning van de Category Managers.
  • De nauwkeurige opvolging van folders, promoties en rapporteringen.
  • Het beheren van het centrale artikelbestand in onze database.
  • Het centraliseren van gegevens en promoties en het invoeren hiervan in het ERP-systeem en de folderfile.
  • Het fungeren als back-up voor je collega’s binnen Purchase Support en Replenishment.
  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor (A1) diploma als aankoopassistent, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen een aankoopafdeling. Kennis van de FMCG-sector (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) is een absolute must.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van Windows MS Office, in het bijzonder een uitstekende beheersing van Excel. Ook heb je ervaring met ERP-systemen.
  • Je bent sterk in plannen en organiseren, werkt punctueel en hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en spreekt vlot Frans en Engels.
