Vivaldis Technics Bedienden is op zoek naar een Commercieel Medewerker Banken voor onze klant in Mol. Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in onafhankelijk financieel advies, bankdiensten en verzekeringen.

Jouw takenpakket als Commercieel Medewerker Banken bestaat uit:

  • Het warme en professionele eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor klanten die het kantoor binnenwandelen of telefonisch contact opnemen.
  • Klanten proactief en met de glimlach helpen bij hun dagelijkse bankzaken (rekeningen, kaarten, digitaal bankieren).
  • Behoeften van de klant vlot opsporen en opportuniteiten herkennen voor kredieten, sparen of beleggen.
  • Agendabeheer en het inplannen van kwalitatieve adviesgesprekken voor de rasechte specialisten in het kantoor.
  • Administratieve opvolging van bankdossiers zodat alles juridisch en intern perfect in orde is.
