Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden als commercieel bediende?

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en verzorgt de eerstelijnstelefonie.
  • Verwerken van binnenkomende orders en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van bestelling tot levering.
  • Beantwoorden van klantvragen en tijdig opvolgen van aanvragen en bestellingen.
  • Dagelijks contact met klanten in het Nederlands en Duits.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met leveranciers en volgt bestellingen en afspraken nauwgezet op.
  • Beheren van een aantal vaste klanten en uitbouwen van een duurzame klantenrelatie.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en andere interne afdelingen om orders en klantvragen vlot af te handelen.

Je werkt er in een stabiele, familiale omgeving met een vlakke structuur en een hecht, collegiaal team. Wie ben jij als commercieel bediende?

  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Duits. Een goede kennis van Frans en Engels is een mooie extra.
  • Klantgericht en communicatief, met een rustige en aangename manier van werken.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt ervan om zaken correct op te volgen.
  • Collegiaal ingesteld en je voelt je goed in een familiale werkomgeving.
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen sales, klantenservice of administratie is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.
