Van Hoof W. bestaat reeds meer dan 10 jaar en verhuisde in 2020 naar een groter pand in een kleine KMO-zone met uitzicht op groen.

We verkopen en verhuren machines voor wegenbouw en zijn verdeler van BORNIT, zijnde producten voor herstelling van asfalt- en betonwegen.

Over de functie:

Als commercieel binnendienst medewerker ben jij de verbindende factor tussen onze klanten, de interne organisatie en onze logistieke partners. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen en zorgt voor een vlotte verwerking van het commerciële en administratieve proces.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

Klantcommunicatie: je onderhoudt dagelijks een professioneel en klantgericht contact via telefoon en e-mail.

Offertebeheer: je stelt nauwkeurige offertes op en volgt deze op bij de klant.

Commercieel advies: je adviseert klanten over ons productgamma.

Administratieve ondersteuning: je zorgt voor een correcte en efficiënte verwerking van alle dossiers in het systeem.

Bij Van Hoof W. bieden wij jou ook de mogelijkheid om te starten via een individuele beroepsopleiding (IBO). Dit is een maatregel waarbij je opleiding in het bedrijf volgt van minimum 1 maand tot maximum 6 maanden. Tijdens de IBO ontvang je een premie voor je inspanningen. IBO kan ook voor vrij werkzoekenden en schoolverlaters zonder uitkering. Na de opleiding volgt een contract van bepaalde of onbepaalde duur na een succesvolle afronding van de IBO.   • Je hebt goede sociale vaardigheden en bent klantvriendelijk.
  • Engels is belangrijk naar communicatie met onze leveranciers.
  • Duits is een pluspunt.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je enige ervaring maar een interne opleiding wordt voorzien. Motivatie en doorzettingsvermogen is het voornaamste!
