Functie

Voor onze vestiging in de automotivesector in de regio Asse zoeken wij een commercieel medewerker voor de afleverdienst.

Jouw rol

  • Je verzorgt alle administratieve aspecten die horen bij de verkoop van nieuwe auto's.
  • Je volgt verkoopdossiers op en zorgt dat auto’s volledig in orde zijn wanneer ze worden afgeleverd.
  • Binnenkomende wagens controleer je op schade en je werkt samen met verschillende interne diensten om ze klaar te maken voor aflevering aan klanten.
  • Je draagt zorg voor de daadwerkelijke overhandiging van nieuwe voertuigen aan klanten, waarbij je de functionaliteiten helder en professioneel toelicht.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor facturatie en het correct afronden van verkoopdossiers.
  • Gedurende het werk heb je regelmatig contact, zowel telefonisch als persoonlijk, met particuliere klanten, bedrijven en leasingmaatschappijen.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt idealiter over een bachelor- of graduaatsdiploma.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands én Frans, schriftelijk en mondeling, en bent zeer klantgericht en communicatief.
  • Nauwkeurig werken is voor jou vanzelfsprekend en je neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, flexibel, positief ingesteld en een echte teamspeler.
