Je werkt bij een technisch dienstverlener met een professioneel team en houdt toezicht op de kwaliteit, klantcontact en commerciële kansen binnen contractmanagement. Dit ga je doen Als Commercieel Contract Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van servicecontracten bij klanten in de datacentersector. Je zorgt ervoor dat gemaakte afspraken worden nagekomen, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en onderhoudt nauw contact met klanten en collega's binnen de organisatie. Je bent de spil tussen klantwensen en interne afdelingen en signaleert commerciële kansen. Op een gemiddelde werkdag analyseer je onderhoudsrapportages, stem je af met servicecoördinatoren en werkvoorbereiders, en bereid je klantgesprekken voor. Je volgt de uitvoering van contracten op de voet en signaleert waar verbeteringen mogelijk zijn. Daarnaast stel je commerciële voorstellen op voor aanvullend werk en verzorg je periodieke reviews.
