The posting

Voor een dynamische KMO, actief in de bouwsector, zijn we op zoek naar een allround bediende die naast de balie en telfoons aanneemt de dagdageijkse werking doet.

Als administratief bediende ben ik een essentiële schakel binnen het bedrijf. Mijn takenpakket omvat het beheren en organiseren van verschillende administratieve processen om ervoor te zorgen dat alles soepel verloopt.

Een van mijn belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden is het verwerken van binnenkomende en uitgaande correspondentie, zowel per post als per e-mail. Ik zorg ervoor dat alle documenten correct worden geregistreerd, gedistribueerd en gearchiveerd. Hierbij houd ik rekening met de geldende procedures en vertrouwelijkheidseisen.

  • Je staat in voor de volledige administratie van het bedrijf
  • Calculatie van plannen, plan lezen en opperlakten uittellen
  • Offertes maken
  • Aflevernota's maken
  • Werkvoorbereidingen maken
  • Facturatie en werkplanning)
  • Telefoon in het Nederlands en het Frans beantwoorden
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en zelf werk zien.
  • Zelf initiatief nemen wordt gewaardeerd.
  • Je bent administratief zeer sterk, een bouwkundig plan lezen is een pluspunt, maar kan aangeleerd worden.
  • Kennis van Excel en Word is noodzakelijk.
  • Heb je al een eerste ervaring in de bouwsector, bijvoorbeeld als ploegbaas, dan heb je zeker een voetje voor.
  • Een goede kennis van het Frans is zeker een must.
