Wat ga je doen?

Als klantenadviseur ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt én het gezicht van ons kantoor. Je combineert een uitstekende service met een commerciële drive en ziet kansen waar anderen die missen.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je onthaalt klanten in het kantoor en zoekt samen met hen naar de meest geschikte producten en diensten.
  • Je adviseert klanten ook via telefoon en mail, steeds met de juiste commerciële insteek.
  • Je denkt mee met de klant en zoekt steeds naar de beste oplossing op maat en speelt actief in op de commerciële opportuniteiten
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s en streeft naar gezamenlijk succes en de beste resultaten.

  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is een plus, maar geen vereiste. Je wordt intern opgeleid.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, flexibel en denkt klant- én resultaatgericht. Je hebt ook een commerciële ingesteldheid
  • Je werkt vlot met digitale tools en hebt geen schrik van computersystemen.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en communiceert helder.
  • Je denkt logisch en handelt in het belang van klant en bedrijf.
  • Twee zaterdagen per maand werken is voor jou geen probleem.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B, aangezien je over meerdere vestigingen tewerkgesteld bent.
