Als Commercieel Manager Bedrijfsruimten bouw jij vanuit Breda aan nieuwe relaties in de maakindustrie in Zuid-Nederland. Organisatie De opdrachtgever is een toonaangevende ontwikkelende bouwer die ontwikkeling, architectuur en bouw in één totaalconcept combineert met circa 400 collega's.. Binnen de klantgroep Bedrijfsruimten richt de organisatie zich op fabrikanten, productiebedrijven en hightech maakbedrijven, waarbij het bouwproces vertrekt vanuit het productieproces van de klant in plaats van een standaard bouwtekening. Het bedrijf is een familiebedrijf en meerdere keren erkend als beste werkgever. Functieomschrijving Als Commercieel Manager bouw je een netwerk op binnen de maakindustrie, signaleert kansen en zet die om in concrete opdrachten. Je acquireert actief bij productiebedrijven die toe zijn aan een nieuwe of uitgebreide locatie, ontwikkelt een commerciële strategie voor jouw regio en presenteert het totaalconcept op een manier die blijft hangen bij de klant. Zo ga je bijvoorbeeld met een fabrikant in gesprek over de routing van machines op de werkvloer voordat er ook maar een bouwtekening ligt, en vertaal je die inzichten samen met de afdeling ontwerp naar een concreet plan. Je werkt hierin nauw samen met projectteams voor een soepel traject van eerste gesprek tot oplevering. Functie-eisen - HBO of WO diploma, bij voorkeur in een commerciële richting; - Minimaal 5 jaar commerciële ervaring in de bouw of een aanverwante sector; - Vermogen om snel een nieuwe sector eigen te maken; - Sterk in het signaleren van kansen en behoeften bij klanten; - Geduld en doorzettingsvermogen in trajecten met langere besluitvorming.
