Commercieel ManagerOnze commerciële organisatie bestaat uit betrokken en ervaren collega's die onze klanten en markt door en door kennen. Als Commercieel Manager geef je leiding aan onze commerciële binnendienst, buitendienst en sales support. Je bent zichtbaar en benaderbaar, weet wat er speelt en benut de kennis en ervaring die binnen de organisatie aanwezig is. Je rapporteert aan de Commercieel Directeur en bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de commerciële organisatie. Vanuit die rol verbind je onze commerciële koers met de dagelijkse praktijk en wat er speelt bij klanten en in de markt. Wat ga je doen?JeJe houdt overzicht over de commerciële activiteiten, bewaakt de voortgang en resultaten en vertaalt de commerciële strategie naar concrete doelstellingen en acties. Binnen de afgesproken kaders neem je zelfstandig operationele en tactische beslissingen. Je stuurt op commerciële prestaties, signaleert kansen en risico's en coördineert commerciële acties. Waar nodig ben je betrokken bij commerciële vraagstukken of strategische klanttrajecten. Als leidinggevende geef je richting aan de commerciële teams en zorg je voor een goede onderlinge afstemming en samenwerking. Ook buiten de commerciële teams speel je een verbindende rol. Je werkt nauw samen met de verschillende afdelingen binnen de organisatie en neemt het initiatief bij commerciële verbeteringen. Data en AI spelen daarbij een belangrijke rol. Je gebruikt data en dashboards om prestaties te volgen, trends en kansen te herkennen en keuzes te onderbouwen. Tegelijkertijd onderzoek je hoe AI onze commerciële organisatie verder kan ondersteunen. Je vindt het leuk om nieuwe mogelijkheden te ontdekken en deze praktisch te vertalen naar toepassingen die echt waarde toevoegen.
