Voor een toonaangevend bedrijf in de bouwsector zoekt Forum Jobs een commercieel medewerker voor de balie in Brugge. Je wordt het eerste aanspreekpunt voor professionele klanten en combineert klantencontact met orderverwerking, offertes en administratieve opvolging.

Ervaring in de bouwsector? Mooi meegenomen. Maar vooral jouw commerciële ingesteldheid, leergierigheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin maken het verschil.

Wat ga je doen aan de balie?

Je bent een belangrijk gezicht van het filiaal. Klanten komen bij jou terecht met vragen, bestellingen en afhalingen en jij zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot wordt opgevolgd.

Concreet:

  • Je verwelkomt professionele klanten aan de balie en helpt hen verder met hun vragen, bestellingen en afhalingen.
  • Je verwerkt orders en offertes via e-mail, telefoon en WhatsApp.
  • Je volgt bestellingen nauwgezet op en zorgt ervoor dat alles tijdig wordt klaargezet voor afhaling of levering.
  • Je stemt bestellingen af met de aankoopdienst en houdt de administratie correct bij.
  • Je bewaakt mee de stock en organisatie van het filiaal.
  • Je houdt de balie en het filiaal netjes en overzichtelijk.
  • Je springt bij waar nodig en werkt samen met je collega's om klanten zo goed mogelijk te helpen.

PROFIEL

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die graag met mensen én met administratie bezig is.

  • Je beschikt over minstens een graduaatsopleiding.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft perfect Nederlands.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor het opbouwen van technische productkennis.
  • Je vindt het geen probleem om vroeg te starten: om 7u in de zomer en om 7u30 in de winter.
  • Je bent bereid om 1 op 2 zaterdagen van 8u tot 12u te werken. Deze uren worden aan 150% betaald.
