Functieomschrijving Als commercieel medewerker binnendienst in Oosterhout, in de regio van Breda, Tilburg en Dordrecht, ben jij de schakel tussen klant en organisatie. Je verdient tot €3.500,- bruto per maand en kiest zelf of je parttime (32 uur) of fulltime (38 uur) wilt werken. Je beantwoordt binnenkomende telefoontjes en mails in de sales inbox en helpt klanten met vragen over producten, offertes, orders en leveringen. Je beoordeelt waar je direct op kunt reageren en wanneer je een collega inschakelt. In het begin ligt de nadruk op het leren kennen van de producten en klanten. Je handelt aanvragen en orders af, stelt na je inwerkperiode zelfstandig standaardoffertes op en ondersteunt bij marketingactiviteiten zoals het up-to-date houden van productinformatie en beurzen. Je verzorgt de commerciële administratie en houdt de verkooppijplijn bij. Je werkt als commercieel medewerker binnendienst van maandag tot vrijdag, tussen 8:00 en 16:30 uur, voor 32 tot 38 uur per week.
