Functieomschrijving Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ondersteun je drie accountmanagers en werk je nauw samen met één andere collega op de binnendienst. Samen zorgen jullie dat klanten snel antwoord krijgen, offertes en orders goed worden opgevolgd en commerciële mogelijkheden niet blijven liggen. Je gaat werken bij een internationaal familiebedrijf in Aalsmeer dat al sinds de jaren 50 actief is. De organisatie verkoopt onder andere glaswerk, keramiek, kunstbloemen en decoratieve accessoires aan professionele klanten. Denk aan tuincentra, exporteurs, retailers, supermarkten en andere bedrijven in binnen- en buitenland. De sfeer is heel informeel en je krijgt veel ruimte om zelfstandig te werken. Eigen ideeën worden gewaardeerd en digitalisering, automatisering en AI krijgen een steeds grotere rol binnen de organisatie.
