Met jouw commerciële instelling en technische interesse weet je precies de juiste producten en oplossingen te vinden. Wat ga je doen? - Je neemt bestellingen aan via telefoon en e-mail en verwerkt deze nauwkeurig. - Je adviseert klanten over een breed assortiment, waaronder ijzerwaren, gereedschappen, hang- en sluitwerk, bevestigingsmaterialen en PBM's. - Je informeert klanten over prijzen, acties, levertijden, service en garantie. - Je denkt mee over technische vraagstukken en komt met passende oplossingen. - Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen een betrokken en informeel team. - Je signaleert commerciële kansen en denkt actief mee over het verbeteren van processen en de dienstverlening.
