The posting

  • Je volgt een intensieve opleiding in marktaanpak, productoplossingen en systemen om klanten advies op maat te geven.
  • Je werkt complete totaaloplossingen uit voor klanten en stelt daarbij duidelijke offertes op.
  • Je beantwoordt klantvragen telefonisch en via e-mail en zorgt voor vlotte, klantgerichte communicatie.
  • Offertes en bestellingen volg je proactief op en bewaakt daarbij de voortgang binnen de commerciële binnendienst.
  • Alle gegevens verwerk je nauwkeurig in het Navision systeem en waakt zo over correcte sales administratie.
  • Als interne draaischijf stem je dagelijks af met logistiek, productie, boekhouding en administratie.
  • Je houdt overzicht over lopende dossiers binnen de salesafdeling en zorgt dat informatie tijdig bij de juiste personen komt.
  • Vertegenwoordigers kunnen op jou rekenen voor ondersteuning bij offertebeheer, orderverwerking en klantcommunicatie.
  • Je plant meetings in voor de zaakvoerder en vertegenwoordigers en verzorgt hun agendabeheer.
  • Besproken thema's en actiepunten volg je op het juiste moment verder op zodat afspraken worden nagekomen.
  • Door actief te luisteren analyseer je klantbehoeften en detecteer je nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Je voedt de vertegenwoordigers met concrete informatie over marktontwikkeling en sales opportunity management.
  • Je denkt mee over de sales strategie en draagt bij aan de dagelijkse uitvoering van B2B sales en marketingactiviteiten.
  • Je beschikt over een hogere opleiding en wilt je professioneel ontwikkelen binnen een commerciële binnendienstomgeving.
  • Je bent ambitieus, gedreven en neemt spontaan initiatief in je werk.
  • Autonomie, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en flexibiliteit kenmerken je manier van werken.
  • Je denkt actief mee in een groeiend bedrijf en hebt oog voor marktanalyse en klantbehoefte analyse.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans; kennis van Engels en/of Duits is een voordeel.
  • Technische affiniteit is een pluspunt, waardoor je productoplossingen snel begrijpt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig in systemen zoals Navision en voelt je comfortabel met administratieve processen.
