Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en geeft professioneel advies over metaal- en ruwbouwmaterialen.

Je behandelt prijsaanvragen en maakt offertes op.

Je volgt offertes actief op en detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten.

Je verwerkt bestellingen en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling.

Je ondersteunt klanten bij productkeuzes en technische vraagstukken.

Je onderhoudt duurzame klantenrelaties en draagt bij aan een uitstekende service.

Je volgt levertermijnen op en communiceert hierover proactief met klanten.

Je staat klanten te woord via telefoon, e-mail en aan de balie.

Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van aankoop, logistiek en magazijn.

Je zorgt voor een correcte registratie en opvolging van klantgegevens in het ERP-systeem.

Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Je hebt bij voorkeur 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen commerciële binnendienst, technische verkoop of de bouwsector.

Ervaring in de bouwsector, metaalhandel of technische verkoop is een sterke troef.

Je hebt interesse in metaal-, ruwbouw- of bouwmaterialen.

Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk en communicatief ingesteld.

Je werkt georganiseerd en nauwkeurig.

Je kan zelfstandig werken en functioneert uitstekend binnen een team.

Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht tijdens drukke momenten.

Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office.

Ervaring met ERP-systeem is een pluspunt.
