The posting

Jij wordt hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten aan de telefoon, per e-mail en in de showroom. Je ondersteunt accountmanagers en denkt commercieel mee. Je verwerkt bestellingen, stelt offertes op en houdt alles netjes bij in het systeem. Je werkt 32 tot 40 uur per week, van maandag tot en met zaterdag (doordeweeks 1 dag vrij). Deze baan is afwisselend: je combineert administratieve taken met klantadvies in de showroom. Zo blijft je werkweek uitdagend en dynamisch.

Op een gemiddelde dag ontvang je klanten in de showroom. Je luistert goed naar hun wensen en geeft gericht advies over producten. Je volgt offertes op, verwerkt bestellingen en bewaakt levertijden. Je zorgt dat de showroom er netjes bij ligt en stemt af met leveranciers. Ook houd je klantgegevens up-to-date in het CRM-systeem. Je signaleert commerciële kansen en schakelt snel als er nieuwe aanvragen binnenkomen. Door jouw inzet lopen processen soepel en zijn klanten tevreden.

- Minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau (hbo is een plus)

- 1 tot 5 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie

- Goede beheersing van het Nederlands, mondeling én schriftelijk

- Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht

- Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent ook een teamspeler

- Je hebt een commerciële instelling en ziet kansen

- Je kunt goed prioriteiten stellen en werkt nauwkeurig

- Je bent beschikbaar op zaterdag (zaterdag werken is verplicht)

- Ervaring met orderverwerking en voorraadbeheer is een pré

- Affiniteit met tuinmaterialen, bestrating of bouwsector is een pluspunt
