In deze rol combineer je advies met een nauwkeurige opvolging. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en partners voor een optimale klantenservice. Wat doe je concreet?

  • Commerciële kansen benutten: Je denkt mee over het uitbreiden van de dienstverlening en speelt in op opportuniteiten binnen de portefeuille.
  • Relaties onderhouden: Je bouwt een vertrouwensband op met klanten en blijft hun vaste aanspreekpunt.
  • Klanten adviseren: Je biedt professioneel advies en helpt klanten bij het kiezen van de juiste verzekeringen op maat van hun situatie.
  • Dossiers beheren: Je volgt klantendossiers zorgvuldig op en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige administratie.
  • Samenwerken: Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en partners voor een optimale en vlotte klantenservice.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een eerste relevante werkervaring achter de rug en wil je nu verder verdiepen en doorgroeien binnen het vak.
  • Je communiceert vlot, professioneel en klantgericht.
  • Een eerste ervaring in de sector is een plus, maar geen must.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd en wil een actieve bijdrage leveren aan het team.
