Als commercieel recruiter bij Baneninhetgroen combineer je dit allemaal in één functie. Je bent betrokken bij het hele bemiddelingsproces binnen de groenbranche. Van hoveniers en groenvoorzieners tot maaimachinisten en boomverzorgers: jij zorgt dat de juiste mensen op de juiste plek terechtkomen. Je schakelt daarbij moeiteloos tussen de rollen van recruiter, accountmanager en relatiebeheerder. Klinkt goed? Lees dan snel verder! Full time (36-40 uur) Zutphen €3.200 - €3.700 bruto per maand Ik ga solliciteren Wat ga je doen als commercieel recruiter? Je komt te werken op onze vestiging in Twello, dichtbij Zutphen. Als commercieel recruiter ben je betrokken bij het hele bemiddelingsproces. Van het schrijven van vacatures en spreken van kandidaten tot klantcontact, salaris- en tariefonderhandelingen, contracten opstellen en het verwerken van de administratie. Je hebt dus veel verschillende taken en geen dag is hetzelfde! Een kandidaat aan een mooie baan geholpen? Dan houdt jouw werk niet op. Je blijft in contact met zowel de kandidaat als de klant. Dat kan telefonisch, máár je gaat ook regelmatig op werk- of klantbezoek. Zo weet je echt wat er op locatie speelt, bouw je aan sterke relaties en ben je niet de hele dag achter je bureau te vinden. Juist dat persoonlijke contact maakt dit werk zo leuk. De vestiging in Zutphen biedt ruimte om mee te bouwen en je eigen ideeën in te brenge...
