In deze functie geef jij dagelijks richting aan het commerciële team en zorg je dat doelen worden omgezet in concrete acties. Wat zijn jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden? Als Commercieel Teamleider zorg jij ervoor dat het salesteam duidelijk weet wat er moet gebeuren. Je stuurt op omzet, marge en voortgang, houdt overzicht en zorgt dat commerciële afspraken goed worden opgevolgd. In deze rol rapporteer je aan de Commercieel Manager. Je komt terecht in een praktische werkomgeving waar samenwerken, snel schakelen en resultaatgericht werken belangrijk zijn. Daarnaast bestaan jouw taken uit: ✓ Dagelijks aansturen, coachen en begeleiden van accountmanagers en verkopers; ✓ Vertalen van commerciële doelstellingen naar duidelijke acties en resultaten; ✓ Bewaken van omzet, marge, volume en voortgang binnen het team; ✓ Analyseren van verkoopdata, prestaties en commerciële rapportages; ✓ Fungeren als aanspreekpunt bij vragen, prioriteiten en escalaties; ✓ Verbeteren van commerciële processen, werkwijzen en interne samenwerking; ✓ Signaleren van commerciële kansen en bijdragen aan verdere groei.
