De Mol Recycling is een groeiende familiale expert in recyclage en afvalverwerking; als Commercieel Transportplanner zorg jij voor een efficiënte, klantgerichte transportplanning.

Als commercieel transportplanner ben jij degene die alles in beweging houdt. Je combineert planning met klantcontact en zorgt ervoor dat transporten efficiënt, rendabel en correct verlopen. In een sector waar snelheid en flexibiliteit cruciaal zijn, maak jij elke dag het verschil.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je plant en coördineert transportopdrachten (plaatsingen, ophalingen en wissels van containers)
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten, chauffeurs en interne diensten
  • Je vertaalt commerciële afspraken naar een efficiënte operationele uitvoering
  • Je houdt rekening met beschikbaarheid, verkeerssituaties en klantverwachtingen
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van transport- en administratieve documenten
  • Je bewaakt de naleving van wet- en regelgeving binnen transport
  • Je denkt actief mee over optimalisaties in planning en processen

Jouw dag bij De Mol Recycling

Je start de dag met een overzicht van de planning: welke transporten staan er gepland en waar is er mogelijk bijsturing nodig? Al snel stem je af met chauffeurs en klanten om alles correct op elkaar af te lijnen en de dag vlot te laten starten.

Doorheen de dag volg je transporten op, los je wijzigingen op en bewaak je de planning. Jij houdt het overzicht, ook wanneer er last-minute aanpassingen zijn. Tussendoor zorg je voor een correcte administratieve opvolging en blijf je iedereen op de hoogte houden. Zo loopt alles efficiënt van planning tot uitvoering.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en behoudt het overzicht, ook onder druk
  • Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid en ziet opportuniteiten
  • Je beschikt over een sterk geografisch inzicht
  • Je bent een teamplayer met een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Ervaring in transportplanning is een plus, maar geen must
  • Je bent vertrouwd met MS Office en/of ERP-systemen
