In deze functie stel jij elke dag de klant centraal. Met enthousiasme en passie informeer je klanten over onze verschillende diensten en producten, waaronder telecom (Telenet, BASE), Apple-producten, Eneco, multimedia, IT-oplossingen en sinds kort ook innovatieve robots.

Je blijft voortdurend bijleren, want de sector staat nooit stil. Nieuwe producten en technologische snufjes volgen elkaar snel op, en jij zorgt ervoor dat je kennis steeds up-to-date is.

Werkuren en locatie

  • Maandag t.e.m. vrijdag: 09u45 – 18u05
  • Zaterdag: 09u45 – 17u05
  • Vrij op zondag, feestdagen en één vaste vrije dag in de week

Je vaste werkplek is voornamelijk onze winkel in Sint-Denijs-Westrem, daarnaast inzetbaar in andere winkels zoeken wij iemand. Tijdens vakantieperiodes kan het voorkomen dat je een collega ondersteunt in een andere winkel.

Naast verkoop en advies sta je ook in voor een nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging van klantendossiers. Dit gebeurt zowel digitaal als via mail en telefoon. Je zorgt ervoor dat dossiers correct verwerkt worden en dat je werkplek ordelijk en overzichtelijk blijft.

Communicatie is één van jouw sterktes. Je communiceert vriendelijk, duidelijk en professioneel naar klanten én collega's. Ook in drukkere of uitdagende situaties blijf je rustig en oplossingsgericht.

Heb je ideeën om de winkelwerking of interne processen te verbeteren? Dat horen we graag! Eigen initiatief en input worden sterk gewaardeerd.

Je rapporteert dagelijks aan de winkelverantwoordelijke, die ook je eerste aanspreekpunt is.
