Ein perfekt gezapftes Bier, ein charmanter Spruch zur richtigen Zeit und ein blitzsauberer Tresen sind für dich selbstverständlich?

Die wöchentliche Arbeitszeit beträgt 48 Stunden, aufgeteilt auf 6 Tage. Das Anstellungsverhältnis beginnt mit dem 07.12.2026 und geht voraussichtlich bis zum 07.04.2027.

Das Angebot in der Edelweiss Bar umfasst die folgenden Bereiche:

- Edelweiss Bar

Klingt gut? Dann haben wir einige Aufgaben für dich:

- Unterstützung des Barkeepers & Barkellners bei der Betreuung und Bedienung unserer Gäste an der Bar

- Sicherstellung des Mise en place im Barbereich: Gläser, Garnituren, Eis, Sauberkeit

- Vorbereitung und Unterstützung beim Service von Getränken und kleineren Speisen

- Selbstständiges Aufbauen und Abräumen des Barbereichs zu Schichtbeginn/-ende

- Freundlicher Gästekontakt und professionelle Behandlung von Anfragen - komplexere Anliegen leitest du an den Barkeeper oder Chef de Rang weiter

- Empfehlung und Beratung bei Aperitifs, Weinen, Cocktails & kleinen Speisen

- Erfüllen von Sonderwünschen mit einem Lächeln - ob heiß, kalt, prickelnd oder alkoholfrei

- Einhaltung der allgemeinen Qualitätsstandards und Hygienerichtlinien des Hotel Edelweiss

- Kenntnis über das Barangebot & die Speisekarte - damit du souverän beraten kannst

Qualifikation

- Ausbildung in der Gastronomie (z. B. Restaurantfachkraft) oder Praxiserfahrung im Bar- oder Servicebereich

- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse - du kannst dich sicher und freundlich mit Gästen austauschen

- Grundkenntnisse von Kassensystemen, idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit Gastronovi

- Interesse an Barabläufen, Mixologie und Getränkekunde

- Offene, charmante Ausstrahlung und Freude am Gästekontakt

- Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit - auch in Stoßzeiten

- Hoher persönlicher Qualitätsanspruch und Auge fürs Detail

- Bereitschaft, dazuzulernen und dich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln

- Verlässlichkeit, Pünktlichkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
