The posting

Élément clé de la mise en place quotidienne et du bon déroulement du service, vous assistez les Chefs de partie, le Second et le Chef de cuisine dans la réalisation des préparations culinaires.

Vous participez activement à la préparation des matières premières, au nettoyage, au dressage simple des assiettes et au maintien d'un environnement de travail propre, ordonné et sécurisé, dans un esprit d'apprentissage et de bienveillance.

Vos responsabilités clés :

1. Préparation et Soutien en Cuisine

Mises en place : Éplucher, découper, Tailler et préparer les matières premières (légumes, viandes, poissons, condiments) selon les directives des Chefs de partie.

Soutien au service : Assister l'équipe lors des envois de plats, dresser certaines entrées ou accompagnements simples et veiller au réapprovisionnement des postes pendant le service.

Respect des recettes : Suivre scrupuleusement les fiches techniques et les consignes d'exécution.

2. Hygiène, Propreté et Sécurité

Normes HACCP : Appliquer rigoureusement les règles d'hygiène alimentaire, de sécurité et d'étiquetage des produits entamés.

Entretien des postes : Assurer le nettoyage et la désinfection de vos plans de travail, des ustensiles et des zones de stockage avant, pendant et après chaque service.

Démarche Zéro Déchet : Veiller à éviter le gaspillage des denrées alimentaires.

3. Esprit d'Équipe et Apprentissage

Entraide : Prêter main-forte aux membres de la brigade dès que nécessaire et maintenir une communication fluide avec la salle.

Esprit positif : Faire preuve de curiosité, d'écoute et d'enthousiasme pour développer vos compétences culinaires au sein d'une équipe inclusive.

Première expérience réussie en cuisine .

Passion pour la cuisine, envie d'apprendre et de progresser au sein d'une brigade dynamique.

Dynamisme, réactivité, ponctualité et bonne condition physique.

Esprit d'équipe affirmé, bon relationnel et sens de l'entraide.

Langues : Maîtrise du français ; la connaissance du néerlandais ou de l'anglais est un atout.

  • Un travail dans un environnement stimulant et en construction.
  • Un contrat à durée indéterminée à temps plein (Barème cp 302)
  • Équilibre: Des horaires de travail continus, sans coupure.
  • Deux jours de congés consécutifs.
  • Congés extra légal: 1 jour de congé supplémentaire par année d'ancienneté.
  • Prise en charge à 100% des frais de transport selon déplacements domicile-travail: STIB et/ou SNCB
