Zur Verstärkung unseres engagierten und motivierten Teams suchen wir 1 Commis de Cuisine / Jungkoch/-köchin / Koch/Köchin (m/w/d) für eine Vollzeitbeschäftigung (40 Wochenstunden) im Rahmen von 07:00 Uhr bis 23:00 Uhr bzw. nach Vereinbarung.

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich

* Sie bereiten ausgezeichnete Gerichte zu und sorgen für eine ansprechende Präsentation der Speisen

* Sie erstellen das Mise en place

* Sie gehen als Koch/Köchin (m/w/d) sorgsam und verantwortungsbewusst mit Lebensmitteln und Rohstoffen um

* Sie stellen unseren hohen Qualitätsanspruch und einen optimalen Ablauf unter Einhaltung der Hygienestandards und Richtlinien sicher

Ihr Profil

* Sie verfügen über eine (abgeschlossene) Ausbildung und Erfahrung in der gehobenen Gastronomie (Küche)

* Sie sind mit den Hygienestandards vertraut und haben ein sehr gutes Produkt- und Fachwissen

* Sie sind ein/e flexible/r Teamplayer_in, auf den sich Ihre Kolleg_innen verlassen können

* Sie begeistern mit Ihrem hohen Engagement und Ihrer Eigeninitiative

* Sie haben fundierte Deutschkenntnisse und eine gültige Arbeitsbewilligung
