Für unser traditionsreiches Haus mit 110 Zimmern und Suiten mitten im Herzen einer der schönsten Städte der Welt suchen wir eine*n engagierte*n Commis de Rang (m/w/d) für den Sacher Grill Salzburg.

Im Sacher Grill unseres Hotels bist du Gesicht und Stimme des Hauses und erste*r Ansprechpartner*in für unsere Gäste bei all ihren kulinarischen Wünschen, sowie für unsere Service- und Küchenmitarbeiter*innen bei allen Arbeitsabläufen. Mit Ruhe, Erfahrung und Können sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Gäste ihre Zeit in unserem Sacher Grill rundum genießen können und dass die Abläufe hinter den Kulissen für alle Mitarbeiter*innen optimal sind.

* Durchführung aller Mise-en-place-Arbeiten im Servicebereich

* Professionelle Unterstützung bei der Betreuung der Gäste

* Fachgerechtes Servieren von Speisen und Getränken nach vorgegebenen Abläufen

* Klassischer Service am Gast unter Einhaltung unserer Servicestandards

* Aktive Unterstützung des Service-Teams im täglichen Ablauf

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Gastronomie und Erfahrung im Servicebereich

* Ausgeprägter Sinn für Gastfreundschaft, Serviceorientierung sowie Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse - Weitere Fremdsprachen sind herzlich willkommen

* Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und souveräne Umgangsformen
