Ein 5-Sterne-Hotel im Verbund der Skiliftgesellschaft Sölden, lieber fest verwurzelt als abgehoben, mit Ötztaler Schmäh und bodenständigen Gastgeber_innen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ehestmöglich 1 Commis Gardemanger (m./w./d.) DAS CENTRAL IST GENAU DEIN GESCHMACK? KOMM ZU UNS IN DIE KÜCHE! Komm zu uns in die Küche!

Vielleicht hast du schon als Kind gerne Sandkuchen gebacken. Oder erst später die Liebe zu feinen Geschmacksnuancen entdeckt? Wie auch immer, jetzt brennst du für beste Zutaten und gutes Essen, tüftelst gerne an Ideen, bist hilfsbereit und überhaupt ein feiner Mensch? Dann komm ins Küchenteam!

DEINE AUFGABEN: DAS KANNST DU!

- Selbstständiges Arbeiten am zugewiesenen Posten

- Vor- und Zubereitung von allen Arten kalter Gerichte wie Fisch, Muscheln und Krustentieren, Terrinen, etc.

- Kenntnisse des Speiseangebotes und deren Zubereitungsart

- Umsetzung von Rezepten gemäß den Standards des Chefkochs/der Chefköchin

DEIN PROFIL:

- abgeschlossene Lehrausbildung

- entsprechende Berufserfahrung

- Vertrautheit mit Hygienevorschriften

- Freude an der Teamarbeit

- Zuverlässigkeit

DEINE ARBEITSZEIT:

- 40 Stunden pro Woche / 5 Tage-Woche

- nach Absprache auch Teilzeit möglich (Stunden und Tage nach Vereinbarung)

- Saison- oder Jahresstelle
