- Help.vnab.nl De juridische commissie De juridische commissie van de VNAB is een adviesorgaan dat het bestuur en de VNAB in het algemeen ondersteunt en adviseert over vraagstukken die van belang zijn voor het goed functioneren van de coassurantiemarkt. De commissie werkt daarbij onder verantwoordelijkheid van het bestuur. Het gezochte lid brengt daarbij het perspectief en de juridische expertise van de Makelaarssectie in. De commissie bestaat uit ten minste 2 en ten hoogste 4 leden vanuit de sectie Makelaars en ten minste 2 en ten hoogste 4 leden vanuit de sectie Verzekeraars. De voorzitter van de commissie is de senior juridisch adviseur van de VNAB. De commissie vergadert zo vaak als wenselijk of noodzakelijk is voor een goed functioneren. Zij komt daarvoor gemiddeld eenmaal per 6 weken bij elkaar. Van ieder commissielid wordt verwacht dat de vergaderingen worden voorbereid en dat het lid tijdig aanwezig is. Afhankelijk van het onderwerp kan ook tussentijds een beroep worden gedaan op individuele commissieleden. De rol van de commissieleden Een commissielid levert een inhoudelijke bijdrage aan de adviezen van de juridische commissie, signaleert juridische ontwikkelingen, onderhoudt en beoordeelt modelvoorwaarden en modelclausules en draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling en actualisering van VNAB-regelingen. De besluitvorming in de juridische commissie is gericht op het algemeen belang van de VNAB en haar leden. Het lid stelt zich neutraal op en neemt niet deel aan beraadslaging en besluitvorming indien sprake is van een direct of indirect persoonlijk belang of werkgeversbelang dat strijdig is met dat algemeen belang.
