Jobomschrijving

Over de vacature

Voor een grootschalig energieproject in de regio Brussel zoeken we een Commissioning Manager die de indienstname van een innovatief batterijopslagpark in goede banen leidt. Je neemt een sleutelrol op tussen verschillende stakeholders en zorgt ervoor dat alle elektrische installaties veilig, correct en volgens planning worden opgeleverd.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

In deze functie zorg je voor een vlotte en efficiënte indienstname van alle elektrische installaties op de site.

  • Je coördineert en volgt alle commissioningactiviteiten op de site nauwgezet op.
  • Je fungeert als technisch aanspreekpunt tussen projectpartners, leveranciers en de eindklant.
  • Je begeleidt de indienstname van hoog- en laagspanningsinstallaties.
  • Je controleert, test en valideert elektrische systemen en batterij-installaties.
  • Je stuurt een team van ongeveer 10 medewerkers en onderaannemers aan en coördineert hun werkzaamheden.
  • Je ziet toe op de naleving van kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en technische procedures.
  • Je analyseert technische problemen en zorgt voor een efficiënte en duurzame oplossing.
  • Je rapporteert over de voortgang, resultaten en eventuele risico's binnen de commissioningfase.

Jouw profiel:

Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol combineer je technische expertise met sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen commissioning, elektrische projecten of industriële energie-installaties.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke technische kennis van zowel High Voltage als Low Voltage installaties.
  • Je hebt ervaring met elektrische testen, indienstnames en technische validatieprocessen.
  • Ervaring als Supervisor, Lead Technician of in een vergelijkbare leidinggevende functie is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en weet verschillende stakeholders efficiënt met elkaar te verbinden.
  • Veiligheid is voor jou een absolute prioriteit in alles wat je doet.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
