Om ons team in Brussel centrum te versterken zijn we op zoek naar een communicatieadviseur. Een enthousiaste all-round collega met een passie voor strategie en communicatie. Je weet wat een stakeholder is, je begrijpt hoe de wereld in elkaar zit (voor een stukje alvast), je volgt de actualiteit op de voet en je bent ambitieus om, samen met ons, te groeien. Iemand overtuigen zit in je bloed, de zin om de juiste argumenten te vinden evenzeer. Je bent zelfzeker en hebt zin om gezond beter te worden in wat je doet.

Als communicatieadviseur voer je research uit om de juiste communicatiestrategieën mee op te stellen. Je neemt deel aan en begeleidt workshops, je maakt stakeholderanalyses, schrijft persberichten en bereidt strategische nota’s voor.

Functieomschrijving:

  • Je werkt als communicatieadviseur inhoudelijk mee aan het uitdenken van communicatiestrategieën.
  • Je bent betrokken bij de vertaling van de strategie in concrete acties en middelen.
  • Je schrijft vlotte persberichten, nieuwsbrieven, web- en brochureteksten.
  • Je staat in voor het voeden, opvolgen en monitoren van online en offline communicatiekanalen.
  • Je weet ook operationeel van aanpakken en ondersteunt de organisatie van workshops en publieksmomenten.
  • Je bezit een Masterdiploma in communicatie of gelijkwaardig.
  • Je hebt een eerste, relevante werkervaring achter de rug.
  • Je hebt een vlotte pen.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je bent gedreven en enthousiast.
  • Je beschikt over goede schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands
  • Een grondige kennis van Frans en Engels is een sterk pluspunt.
