Zwolle Communicatieadviseur Functie omschrijving Functie: Communicatieadviseur Opdracht Je gaat aan het werk voor de afdeling Bedrijfsvoering en bent verantwoordelijk voor interne communicatie en verandercommunicatie binnen de volgende onderdelen: - Onderdeel 1 - Bedrijfsvoering : communicatie rondom thema's zoals HR-informatievoorziening (opzetten en inbedden van het click-call-face model), facilitaire zaken (o.a. vastgoedbeheer, parkeerbeleid) en juridische zaken (voortgang WOO-verbetertraject). - Onderdeel 2 - Programma Organisatieontwikkeling : deelname aan het kernteam als communicatieadviseur; meevoeren van de organisatie in de doorontwikkeling via passende communicatiemiddelen en storytelling, inclusief aankondigingen en terugblikken op management- en medewerkersbijeenkomsten. - Onderdeel 3 - Programma Informatievoorziening : opstellen van een communicatieplan om inzicht te geven in de samenhang van diverse projecten en de route naar een informatiegestuurde organisatie. Kerntaken en verantwoordelijkheden - Opstellen van doelgroepanalyses en communicatieplannen inclusief middelenmix. - Continu afstemmen met interne opdrachtgevers en stakeholders over richting, koers en inhoud. - Vertalen van complex afgestemde inhoud naar begrijpelijke boodschappen. - Bewaken van communicatieve samenhang tussen verschillende thema's. - Samenwerken met interne communicatiecollega's, het mediateam en (project)management om de communicatiekoers te bepalen en te waarborgen. - Signaleren en managen van issues. Profiel - Aantoonbare ervaring op het gebied van interne communicatie. - Vermogen om snel tot de kern van complexe vraagstukken te komen. - Stevigheid om het management van Bedrijfsvoering scherp te adviseren. - Vaardigheid om adviezen om te zetten naar bruikbare communicatieproducten voor interne kanalen. - Scherp analytisch vermogen en issue-management.
