Als Compensation & Benefits Specialist maak je deel uit van een enthousiast HR-team en combineer je payroll met een brede verantwoordelijkheid binnen compensation & benefits. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor loonvraagstukken, beheert verschillende HR-projecten en zorgt voor een correcte rapportering.

  • Eerst en vooral sta je in voor de correcte verwerking en opvolging van de payroll voor bedienden en arbeiders van verschillende paritaire comités, voor wie je het ook het eerste aanspreekpunt bent.
  • Je berekent zelf eindejaarspremies, bonussen en vakantiegelden.
  • Je beheert verzekeringen zoals hospitalisatie- en groepsverzekering en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen hierover.
  • Je coördineert het wagenpark en volgt de aansluitende projecten op.
  • Je maakt rapporteringen en analyses in Excel en formuleert adviezen.
  • Je werkt HR-projecten uit en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen, digitalisering en optimalisaties binnen payroll-, comp&ben en HR-processen.

Jouw troeven

  • Je beschikt over 4 jaar relevante ervaring binnen payroll en hebt sterke interesse in compensation & benefits.
  • Je kan zelfstandig complexe loonberekeningen uitvoeren.
  • Up to date kennis van sociale wetgeving is evident.
  • Je werkt graag met cijfers, analyses en rapporteringen en hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel.
  • Ervaring met SD Worx (Eblox) en Protime is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en discreet.
  • Je bent een toegankelijke teamspeler die graag verantwoordelijkheden opneemt.
