Het bedrijf ontwerpt en ontwikkelt non-paintproducten, zoals verbruiksartikelen en apparatuur, voor professionele autoschadeherstelbedrijven.

  • De producten worden aangeboden onder een kwaliteitslabel.
  • Het bedrijf werd 35 jaar geleden opgericht als groothandel en groeide uit tot een marketinggedreven distributiebedrijf met klanten over de hele wereld.
  • Het merendeel van het assortiment wordt in-house ontwikkeld en een deel van de producten wordt ook intern geproduceerd.
  • Naast autoschadeherstelbedrijven levert het bedrijf ook producten aan OEM-autofabrikanten.

Jobomschrijving

In deze functie bewaak je de product- en verpakkingscompliance en vertaal je wet- en regelgeving naar concrete acties binnen de organisatie.

  • Je volgt relevante wet- en regelgeving voor producten en verpakkingen op en bewaakt de naleving van onder meer REACH, CLP/GHS, RoHS, PFAS-regelgeving, TSCA, California Proposition 65, CE-markering en conformiteitsverklaringen.
  • Je beheert en controleert compliance-documentatie, zoals SDS, TDS, conformiteitsverklaringen, certificaten en product- en verpakkingsspecificaties, en stemt de informatie af met klanten, leveranciers en autoriteiten.
  • Je ondersteunt audits, inspecties en certificeringstrajecten en coördineert de voorbereiding, opvolging en documentatie die daarbij nodig is.
  • Je identificeert compliance-risico’s binnen producten en verpakkingen en coördineert corrigerende en preventieve acties om afwijkingen en risico’s op te lossen.
  • Je vertaalt wetswijzigingen naar verbeterprojecten en ontwikkelt en implementeert interne compliance-processen die aansluiten op de actuele regelgeving.
  • Je ondersteunt productintroducties, productwijzigingen en marktintroducties in verschillende regio’s, beoordeelt de compliance-impact van nieuwe producten en geeft intern training en advies over productregelgeving en productveiligheid.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in chemie, chemische technologie of een gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen product compliance.
  • Ervaring met REACH, CLP/GHS en SDS-beheer is een sterke troef.
  • Affiniteit met productmanagement of productontwikkeling is een plus.
  • Je werkt analytisch en nauwkeurig, bent organisatorisch sterk, kan projectmatig werken, legt complexe regelgeving helder uit en hebt een zeer goede mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
