Compliance Consultant . Het naleven van wet- en regelgeving, en het zorgen voor een duurzame en integere bedrijfsvoering, wordt de laatste jaren steeds belangrijker. Hierbij is het de uitdaging om er zowel voor te zorgen dat de regels worden nageleefd, en om de processen, systemen en organisatie hierop aan te passen. Profiel Het werken aan dergelijke projecten betekent dat je niet alleen veel contact hebt met de Compliance afdeling van onze klanten, maar juist ook veel met de afdelingen die dagelijks te maken hebben met de effecten van de betreffende wetgeving. Je beweegt je dus letterlijk door de hele organisatie. Voorbeelden van relevante wet- en regelgeving zijn de privacywetgeving (AVG), of de rapportageverplichtingen van financiële instellingen in het kader van transparantie. Wij zoeken consultants met minimaal 2 jaar project- en / of consulting ervaring, en met kennis van het implementeren van dergelijke vraagstukken op het gebied van Compliance. Wat ga je doen? - → Meewerken aan projecten binnen de financiele sector, van initiatie tot implementatie. - → Projectplannen opstellen, monitoren en bijsturen waar nodig. - → Analyseren van bestaande compliance- en risicobeheerprocessen. - → Adviseren over en implementeren van maatregelen om te voldoen aan wet- en regelgeving, zoals AML, GDPR, ESG of andere relevante normen. - → Monitoren van veranderingen in wet- en regelgeving en klanten proactief informeren over de impact hiervan. Wat breng je mee? - → Minimaal een wo-diploma in een relevante richting. - → Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in compliance, consulting of een vergelijkbare rol. - → Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving, zoals Wwft, AVG, of internationale richtlijnen. - → Analytisch sterk, oplossingsgericht en communicatief vaardig. - → Een proactieve houding en het vermogen om zelfstandig én in teamverband te werken. - → Analytisch sterk, met het vermogen om complexe problemen te vertalen naar concrete...
