COMPLIANCE EXPERT Als Compliance Expert werk je samen met collega's in Nederland en China en met externe partners om te zorgen dat onze producten blijvend voldoen aan relevante wet- en regelgeving wat betreft de productveiligheid. Je bent de inhoudelijke autoriteit en interne vraagbaak op compliance-gebied, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de technische dossiers en vertaalt nieuwe wetgeving naar een pragmatisch plan van aanpak. Zo draag je direct bij aan de productveiligheid en daarmee aan onze missie "Make Kids Happy". Waar ben je verantwoordelijk voor? In de functie van Compliance Expert ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van de opbouw en van het onderhoud van technische dossiers conform Europese wetgeving en normen. Je zorgt voor heldere, interne terugkoppeling op status en kwaliteit. Ook schrijf en onderhoud je de compliance (test)-protocollen en houd je de bijbehorende libraries actueel. Je voert risicoanalyses uit en werkt aan continue procesverbetering. Om te zorgen dat onze producten blijvend voldoen aan relevante wet- en regelgeving signaleer je als daar wijzigingen of vernieuwingen in doorgevoerd worden en vertaal je deze naar een concreet, pragmatisch plan van aanpak. Ook train je je collega's in Nederland en in ons QA team in China alsmede externe partners op het gebied van relevante wet- en regelgeving en compliant werken. Als inhoudelijk expert ben je de interne vraagbaak voor je collega's van Buying/ Product Development. Al in de ontwikkelfase van nieuwe producten ben je actief betrokken, zodat compliance-eisen en productveiligheid tijdig worden meegenomen. Ook adviseer je hen gevraagd en ongevraagd over de haalbaarheid en eventuele risico's van nieuwe producten. Tenslotte pak je samen met de Quality Engineer de social compliance o...
