Notre client évolue dans le secteur de l'édition et de la création graphique et fait partie d'un groupe international actif dans plusieurs marchés. Implantée à Bruxelles, cette structure à taille humaine rassemble différentes activités autour d'un univers créatif et culturel.

Vous intégrerez un environnement où les équipes financières travaillent en étroite collaboration avec les différents départements de l'entreprise. Dans le cadre de l'évolution de ses outils et de ses méthodes de travail, l'organisation souhaite également poursuivre la digitalisation et l'optimisation de ses processus.

Votre fonction

Au sein de l'équipe Finance, vous occuperez une fonction particulièrement variée, à la frontière entre comptabilité, gestion des droits liés aux créateurs et contrôle de gestion.

L'objectif n'est pas de vous cantonner à des tâches comptables classiques : vous serez amené à interpréter les chiffres, comprendre les enjeux opérationnels et collaborer directement avec les différents métiers.

Vos responsabilités

Gestion financière des créateurs

  • Assurer le traitement administratif et financier des factures et rémunérations des auteurs ;
  • Vérifier la cohérence entre les factures reçues et les conditions prévues dans les contrats ;
  • Participer à l'établissement des relevés et au suivi des opérations comptables et fiscales associées.

Contrôle de gestion

  • Servir d'interface entre la Finance et les équipes opérationnelles ;
  • Participer au suivi de la comptabilité analytique et rechercher l'origine des écarts ou anomalies ;
  • Contribuer à l'analyse des coûts de production et à la détermination du prix de revient ;
  • Suivre la valorisation des stocks et comparer les résultats aux budgets établis ;
  • Alimenter les indicateurs de performance et participer à l'amélioration des processus financiers ;
  • Veiller à la qualité des données et au bon fonctionnement de l'ERP Oracle.

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d'une formation supérieure en comptabilité, finance ou gestion ;
  • Vous justifiez d'au moins 4 ans d'expérience en comptabilité générale ;
  • Vous avez de solides compétences sur Excel et êtes à l'aise avec les outils financiers ;
  • Vous êtes structuré, analytique, autonome et polyvalent ;
  • Vous aimez travailler avec des profils non financiers et rendre les informations chiffrées accessibles ;
  • Vous souhaitez progressivement vous orienter vers l'analyse et le contrôle de gestion ;
  • Vous maîtrisez le français ; la connaissance de l'anglais constitue un avantage.
