Rejoignez une entreprise internationale de renom dans le secteur des biens de consommation courante (FMCG), basée au cœur de Bruxelles.

Vos principales responsabilités en tant que Comptable :

  • Vérifier les listes hebdomadaires de paiements et les encaissements provenant du Shared Services Center.
  • Assurer le suivi des paiements clients dans les délais convenus, relancer si nécessaire.
  • Effectuer des analyses des créances échues et produire des rapports réguliers.
  • Créer des bons de commande si nécessaire et rapprocher les factures avec ces bons.
  • Fournir un aperçu régulier de l'état des comptes clients (interne et externe).
  • Gérer les comptes fournisseurs et clients, y compris leur rapprochement.
  • Traiter quotidiennement toutes les questions liées à la trésorerie.
  • Soutenir le Senior Accountant lors des audits externes ainsi que pour les audits fiscaux et TVA.
  • Participer aux clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles, y compris la préparation des écritures comptables, des rapprochements et des rapports financiers.
  • Vérifier l'exactitude des factures et effectuer un suivi pour celles qui nécessitent une correction ou une autorisation supplémentaire.
  • Analyser les tendances de coûts (SG&A) et prévoir les dépenses futures.

Votre profil en tant que Comptable :

  • Bachelier en comptabilité ou équivalent.
  • Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, idéalement au sein d'une équipe comptable ou FP&A d'une entreprise multinationale.
  • Une expérience dans le secteur FMCG est un atout.
  • Maîtrise de SAP indispensable.
  • Connaissance des lois fiscales en Belgique et aux Pays-Bas.
  • Compétences avancées sur Microsoft Excel
  • Français courant requis ; bonne maîtrise du néerlandais et de l'anglais indispensable.
  • Précision et attention aux détails avec des solides compétences analytiques.
  • Approche pragmatique et proactive avec un esprit "hands-on".
